     1. Defeating Mara who challanged the Bodhisatta to prevent enlightenment. Mara, the Evil One, tried to prevent the Bodhisatta not to renounce the world and not to attain the Buddhawood. He also prevented the Buddha not to preach any discourse. Finally, he urged the Buddha to attain MahaParinibbana very early.
